PALO is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in corporate legal practice and are eager to work in a dynamic, progressive law firm, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilites

Provide end-to-end legal support in corporate matters, including Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (AGM/EGM)

Draft, review, and advise on company regulations and corporate governance documents

Conduct and lead Legal Due Diligence (LDD) for various corporate transactions

Review, analyze, and provide feedback on commercial agreements and corporate contracts

Advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate structuring

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs

(Optional but valued): Provide legal advice on employment and labor law

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an in-house corporate legal or in a corporate practice at a law firm
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience handling AGM/EGM, LDD, and company regulation reviews
  • Basic to intermediate ability in reviewing and commenting on commercial contracts (you don’t have to be an expert, but you must understand the fundamentals)
  • Attorney license (Peradi) is not mandatory, but a plus
  • No age or gender restrictions — we value capability, not category
  • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Familiarity with employment/labor law is a strong advantage
